About the Shot

An unconventional look at Conventional Hall on the Asbury Park Boardwalk in New Jersey. Asbury Park is an iconic city in New Jersey history and is normally bustling with people in the summer. I composed this landscape in December along an empty stretch of beach as a storm battered the Jersey coast and sent waves crashing towards the shore.
