Bio
I have been expressing my joy of art with paint, shapes and colors since I was a little girl. I began as a painter, evolved into a photographer, and eventually began painting on my photographic prints over twenty five years ago. I hand-paint vivid colors on my Cibachrome prints, creating a surprising new reality. Now I scan
my one-of-a-kind hand-painted prints, enhance them with
Photoshop and produce limited edition archival ink-jet prints.
I have been exhibited worldwide in many one-person shows including the: Butler Institute of American Art, Laguna Art Museum, Petersen Automotive Museum, Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History, Monterey Museum of Art, Carnegie Art Museum in Oxnard, CA, Laband Art Gallery at Loyola Marymount University, Louis Stern Gallery in West Hollywood, Nancy Hoffman Gallery in New York and L’Image Gallery in Rome, Italy.
